I’m going to apologize right now about this dress being sold out. About time Hot Topic sent it to me and I got it in my hands, it was already sold out on the site. 😦 I seem to always pick the items that sell out the quickest and I’m so sorry about that. BUT they do restock popular items so keep it bookmarked as it may come back one day! With that being said, I sized up to a size 4 since this dress was listed as not having stretch, and it fit perfect! It’s light weight and comfortable. Any time something says the fabric doesn’t have stretch, size up just in case. In this case, it was the right call. It does have ties on the side so you can tie it up in the back for a more form fitted look in the waist.
