Hot Topic hooked me up for their Halloween Forever campaign so I picked out this top and pants (you know I’m a sucker for a good plaid/tartan pant! I’m sure this will end up on someone’s “No” list somewhere. 😉 ) The pants were big around the waist (I had to pull them up a lot due to the elastic in the back) and found that when I sat, they would def come down more. Unfortunately sizing down wouldn’t have helped as the thighs and calves were fitted as is. These pants are a size 3 as is the tee, which fit true to size..
