I’ve been eyeballing this dress for maybe a year and finally decided to get it when Hot Topic reached out to me for their August Must Haves campaign! It’s soft and stretchy jersey fabric and the attached harness is also stretchy as it’s elastic. The bottom has a really pretty lace trim in a handkerchief cut. Definitely a great option for spring, summer and fall!
