I’ve wanted Betsey Johnson clothes since I was a teen in the 90s, but could never fit into any of it. So when Torrid teamed up with Betsey Johnson, I was over the moon! I bought quite a few things that I felt could work with my goth wardrobe, this dress being one of them! It was inspired by a piece I saw in one of her late 80s/early 90s fashion shows. The fabric is very similar to what was used for that item and I really loved that they pulled from her old collections for this collection. (If you know, you know). This was listed as a skater dress, but it’s clearly a baby doll dress as it has the high empire waist. Everything I bought from this collection fit me so perfectly! So it’s incredibly true to size.
