Here’s the second Dracula item I picked up from the Hot Topic Universal Monsters collection. This top is sooo soft and stretchy. It would look cute with pants, jeans, or a skirt, so it’s pretty versatile. I also really love the collar stitching on the mock turtle neck. (Collar stitching has become a new favorite thing!)
