Gamer Goth Collaboration with Wild Bangarang!

Wild Bangarang is a spandex clothing company based out of the UK! They are currently the official makers of Blizzard’s Overwatch and World of Warcraft leggings and dresses (and also have a few other licensed collaborations as well!) They were kind enough to send me leggings to do for a collaboration/sponsored post.

I’ve purchased their leggings in the past because I’m a massive World of Warcraft fan (been playing since Vanilla back in 2004) and was thrilled to be able to get leggings to rep that particular fandom of mine!

Their leggings come in a variety of sizes from size XXSmall to 3X Large (which per their size chart, 3X Large is a US 24-26). When they first came out, they only went up to size 2X Large, which is what I had purchased back then (maybe 2 or more years ago?). Those fit true to a US 20-22 without sheering on the butt (aka couldn’t see my undies) and the color stayed pretty vibrant. These newer pairs they’ve sent definitely run a bit smaller as they use a different spandex now. To be on the safe side, I got a size up (3X Large) because I didn’t want the pattern to grin (grin means that when the spandex stretches, it can turn pale due to being printed on white fabric and when the fibers stretch, can cause them to look faded). And to be clear, I am a size US 22. Well, they grinned unfortunately because huge thigh problems in this new spandex. I would definitely say their new 3X Large fits like a size 20-22 (they fit like the original pairs I got back in the day), so please keep that in mind if you are bigger than that. Also, because of how snug they can get towards the knee area, they will tend to bunch up/get long at your ankles if you have larger legs (I pull them up a lot to keep them from doing that, but gravity) so you may have to fold them a bit or pull them down onto your feet if you don’t want them looking baggy down there.

With all that being said, I love that I have clothes I can wear to Blizzcon and out and about that shows my love of World of Warcraft! I think the Illidan ones may be my favorite (they look the best on me!)
